• Ability to keep deadlines

projects, such as hotel, office, commercial, art space etc.
• Excellent aesthetic sensibilities and excellent design skills
• Ability to complete construction drawings
independently
• Good communication skills with clients and contractors, ability to solve
onsite problems
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID)
etc.
• Good team player
• Good time management skills
• 2-3 years of experience as a 3D
Architectural Visualizer
• Good communication skills
• Excellent rendering skills, with strong aesthetic and creative vision
• Innate attention to detail and lighting, and technical expertise in a range
of visualization tools
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop etc.
• Experience producing 3d animations and using video editing software
